Aged Care Reform

The aged care system in Australia is being reformed to ensure it is the best possible system, now and into the future. The changes will be implemented progressively in three phases over 10 years, so our aged care system can be sustainable and affordable. The Ella Centre is also compliant with the requirements of the Commonwealth Aged Care Quality Assurance Agency after having successfully passed an external audit.

So far, improvements include changes to the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages, expansion of programs and new supplements.
