Volunteers
Volunteers are a vital part of all our programs, and we’re always looking for people in the community who would like to be part of our service and make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities and the elderly.
- There are any number of ways you can help
- visiting residents in aged-care facilities for a chat
- supporting the elderly at the centre and on outings
- supporting people with a disability
- becoming a sales assistant in our Re-Work Shop
The Ella Centre provides Training and Orientation for all volunteer positions.
All you need is a generous heart, a big smile, a willingness to listen and, of course, some time to spare.

Membership of The Ella
Contribute to The Ella by becoming a Member:
- Individual Membership $15.00 a year,
- Family Membership $25.00 per year
- Institutional/Business Membership $100.00 per year
