Alison Easton - Executive Officer

Alison has worked in human services for more than 30 years and holds a B.A. Dip.Ed. from Sydney University. During her career she has worked for both state and local government, as well as working for small, medium and large NGO’s. She commenced with The Ella Centre in November 2006 and during this time has become a passionate advocate for services for people with younger onset dementia and their carers, since it was identified that there are a significant number of people suffering from this disease living in the Inner West region of Sydney.

Will Russell - Operations Manager

Will has worked in the community sector for the past 8 years. He has previously worked in disability services, respite services and most recently in a management position with Carers NSW, overseing the Family and Carer Mental Health Program and the Older Parent Carer Program.

Beryl Brown - Financial Administrator

Beryl has worked at The Ella Centre as the Financial Administrator since 1992.  Prior to that she worked as a psychologist with the Commonwealth Departments of Employment and Social Security.

Ann Mullins - Office Administrator

Ann has worked in business administration for more than 20 years. During this time she worked in local government and later in the International Logistics field, in senior management and as a company director. Ann holds Diplomas in Business Management as well as certification in OH&S and HR. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
