Alison Easton - Executive Officer

Alison has worked in human services for more than 30 years and holds a B.A. Dip.Ed. from Sydney University. During her career she has worked for both state and local government, as well as working for small, medium and large NGO’s. She commenced with The Ella Centre in November 2006 and has become a passionate advocate for services for people with younger onset dementia and their carers, since it was identified that there are a significant number of people suffering from this disease living in the Inner West region of Sydney.

Michelle Lohan - Manager - Respite and Social Support Services

Michelle has worked in the Community Service Industry for approximately 30 years across non government and government organisation. In more recent years she has held management positions in a variety of Community based settings. She has a commitment to principles of social justice and enjoys working within a community development model where change occurs from the ‘grass roots’. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Social Science.

 Natanya Mandel - Manager - Community Participation Programs

 Natanya has worked for charities and community services for almost 20 years. Her passion for working in the not-for-profit sector and commitment to giving back to the community stems from personal experience and the desire to make a positve contribution to people's lives. Natanya has a Bachelor of Organisational Communication majoring in Psychology and Administration and is currently working toward a Masters of Community Management.

Beryl Brown - Financial Administrator

Beryl has worked at The Ella Centre as the Financial Administrator since 1992.  Prior to that she worked as a psychologist with the Commonwealth Departments of Employment and Social Security.

Ann Mullins - Office Administrator

Ann has worked in business administration for more than 20 years. During this time she worked in local government and later in the International Logistics field, in senior management and as a company director. Ann holds Diplomas in Business Management as well as certification in OH&S and HR. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
